About This Project

The owners had very busy lifestyles, so the success for this design was to keep it simple.

The pool was designed to be suitable for teenage boys or for sipping champagne. The pool’s angular lines complement the architecture of the home. The design used a blend of different hardscaping elements with strong clean lines. To give the garden structure the planting is quite architectural in form. The planting scheme includes by the pool edge strong vertical lines of Mother-in-law-tongue. Cycads with their compact glossy green fronds are under-planted with Rhoeo adds a touch of drama to a predominately green planting scheme.
