From not knowing a single plant name other than Frangipani, our client can now name nearly every plant and takes a keen interest in their care. ⠀

Whether your look is classic, modern or something in between, you immediately unwind when you step through this front door. ⠀
With it’s muted palette of colours and materials bringing a sense of calm. ⠀
A narrow pond was designed to accommodate goldfish and water plants, plus the add the sound of water to the entrance. It is difficult to resist the beauty of this, and it seems that whoever enters this area have to pause and reflect for a moment. ⠀
The roof line was extended to allow for access during all weather to the front door.⠀

Another scorcher 🔥 of a day here in Perth ⠀

Whether, undertaking a backyard renovation or a luxury new build, a pool 💦can be the jewel in the crown. Selecting the right pool for your space can be daunting and spatial awareness is paramount. You will achieve a far better result if you consider the whole area and design with the finished intent in mind. ⠀
⠀
SPACE - will determine what you do in the pool zone, if there is room you may enjoy a pavilion. Some questions we like to ask are :-⠀
- do you want to be able to move all the way around the pool⠀
- would you like a water feature⠀
- consideration of where the pool equipment is going⠀
- would you like sun lounges⠀
- an out door shower ⠀
⠀
As you can see, these are just some of the elements that can go into a pool area. Not forgetting an inground pool blanket, these are easy to use and well worth the investment. ⠀

When you first decided to put in your pool 💦 you probably had visions of laid back, fun filled days with your family and friends, music 📻 and yeh, one of those fruity drinks with an umbrella 🍹 Maybe a hammock near by to enjoy those summer evenings too. Ahhh, the good life⠀

However, there is a lot more to having a pool than just getting someone to install one. ⠀

Swimming pool areas offer challenges and opportunities for landscaping, and there are certain considerations that need to be thought out fully. ⠀

If you are just getting off the starting block there are some important considerations 🤔 to keep in mind when going through the exercise in selecting and installing a pool 💦⠀

Do you need a large pool or a small pool - do you have boys 👬 like Bev, when they were young, turned into a dozen on a hot afternoon. Or like me (Deb) who had a Golden Retriever 🐶 who liked to think he was a polar bear floating around a blue lagoon on the aqua duck. Or there may be just two of you and laying on a sun lounge with a glass of champagne 🥂 ticks all the boxes. ⠀
